Rental includes 6 - 8' tables and 48 chairs. This building has a cold water-only sink, dry bar, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and ceiling fans. There is a set of double doors that is open to a paved area that Is under some lovely shady trees. The front porch comes with two picnic tables.

Please Note: If alcohol is served at an event, a security company MUST be hired. You must contract through pre-approved, by the Fair Board, companies. Information is available upon request. Security will verify the number of guests - charges will be added if over contract. Law enforcement will be called if needed, if over contracted time, and/or if intoxicated drivers.
