Manufactured Homes
Our office accepts manufactured home applications in person, by mail, and by email. You can locate forms and view more information about the Manufactured Home Ownership Document System (MHODS) through the Oregon Building Codes Division (BCD) website.

You can file your paperwork in our office, or you can file directly with the Building Codes Division (BCD). The fees for our office are different than the fees charged by BCD. Please view our fee schedule for current fees.
If you file your application with BCD, you must include a tax certificate issued by our office. The tax certificate verifies that the taxes are paid on the home. We do not charge for tax certificates, but you must provide us with a copy of your Manufactured Home Ownership Application (Form 2952) with your request. If you file your application with our office, you do not need to request a separate tax certificate. We will issue it while we are processing your application.

Once your application is processed, you will receive a new ownership document in the mail from the Building Codes Division. Vehicle titles for manufactured homes are no longer issued.
