Detention staff may release the following information which is not considered privileged to anyone:
- Whether or not the juvenile is in custody.
- The name of the probation/parole officer of caseworker assigned to the juvenile.
- The date, time and location of the Detention/Shelter care hearing pertinent to the specific juvenile.
- Detention staff may not release any other information. Individuals or agencies requesting more information shall be referred to the juvenile's probation/parole officer or caseworker.
