Conditions of Sale

All property is sold as-is. Yamhill County does not guarantee or warrant that any parcel is usable for any particular purpose, nor does it guarantee the condition of the title. Moreover, the County makes no representations - express or implied - pertaining to any property's physical condition. Interested buyers should thoroughly investigate all aspects of a property prior to submitting a bid or offer to purchase.

To Be Auctioned Properties

Auctions are held in person at the Yamhill County Courthouse. The exact date and details of a scheduled auction will be posted at least 30 days in advance on the website. The following properties will become available for purchase at the next scheduled public auction.

Private Sale Properties

Any property unsold following a public auction may be offered to the general public for sale through a Private Sale. Additionally, properties with a real market value of less than $15,000, and that are otherwise unsuitable for building, may also be sold via Private Sale.
