Yamhill County Adult Behavioral Health offers a state-licensed program for people who have been arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII). Services include both education and treatment for DUII. Participants will be expected to participate in random, monitored (observed) urinalyses (UA’s) one time per week. Upon successful completion of the program, participants will satisfy treatment requirements for the Oregon Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV). Yamhill County accepts Oregon Health Plan (OHP) and most private insurances for DUII services.
