Bed and Breakfast (B&B) facilities are required to be licensed and inspected by Yamhill County Public Health if the facility:
- Has more than two rooms for rent on a daily basis to the public;
- Offers a breakfast meal as part of the cost of the room; and
- Serves one breakfast meal a day to guests, staff and owners, only.
