Our Board of Health is a public meeting forum made up of local health professionals and community members. The group meets four times a year to discuss and problem-solve emerging health concerns and share updates on current and future work.
The Community Health Assessment (CHA) is a community-driven effort that is used to inform the Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) and is completed every 5 years.
